Dr. Ken Hou graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University. Dr. Hou uses a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. In addition to spinal adjustments, he incorporates acupuncture, soft tissue therapy and electro therapy in his treatments.

Dr. Crystal Hynes graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. She has also completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Dr. Crystal brings over 18 years of clinical experience, and a patient-centered and evidence-informed approach to care. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, she has worked with diverse patient populations, helping individuals manage pain, improve mobility, and achieve better overall function through personalized treatment plans focused on musculoskeletal health and wellness. She treats the entire family; from babies, children, and pregnant woman to the elderly.

Dr. Crystal has completed additional professional training in concussion management and incorporates a variety of treatment techniques based on each patient’s needs, including therapeutic taping, soft tissue therapy, and Activator methods. Andrew is a Classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton Ontario. He is also a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Andrews health care journey began when he graduated from D’arcy Lane School of Massage Therapy in 2012. During this time, he realized manual therapy and the study of the human body was what he was most passionate about. After years of working as a Registered Massage Therapist, and as he has gained more experience with manual health care, so did his need for a greater understanding of the human body. After 20+ years in manufacturing including the auto industry, Michael returned to Lambton College where he graduated from the Massage Therapy program in 2020. The pandemic delayed his certification as a Registered Massage Therapist until September 2021. Michael completed his Level 1 & 2 FST through the Stretch to Win Institute and has been practicing massage and fascia stretch therapy since he entered the health industry in October 2021.
