FST and Massage Therapy can also improve joint mobility, circulation, lymphatic drainage, recovery and tissue healing after injury, sleep, mood and mental alertness.

This treatment is billed under Massage Therapy, and can therefore be submitted to benefit providers. This treatment consists of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) combined with Massage techniques (e.g. Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Joint mobilizations).

Dr. Ken Hou graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University. Dr. Hou uses a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. In addition to spinal adjustments, he incorporates acupuncture, soft tissue therapy and electro therapy in his treatments.

In 2014, Dr. Hou became a registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practioners & Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).

Andrew is a Classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton Ontario. He is also a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Andrews health care journey began when he graduated from D’arcy Lane School of Massage Therapy in 2012. During this time, he realized manual therapy and the study of the human body was what he was most passionate about. After years of working as a Registered Massage Therapist, and as he has gained more experience with manual health care, so did his need for a greater understanding of the human body. This led him to continue his studies in Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. As a practitioner of Osteopathic Manual Therapy, Andrew looks to find the root cause of your problems by understanding the interrelationships between the structure and function of the body. His role is to facilitate the self-healing, self-regulating mechanisms of the body in order to help restore good health. Andrew maintains an active lifestyle through activities such as yoga, rollerblading, and hiking. Dr. Dave Lee obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New York Chiropractic College in 2019. During his chiropractic studies, Dr. Lee pursued a Diploma from the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University to provide his patients with optimal rehabilitative treatment. Prior to beginning his chiropractic studies, he graduated from York University with an Honours in Bachelors of Arts Degree in Kinesiology providing him with a concrete background in anatomy, biomechanics and human physiology. Dr. Lee’s treatment approach focuses on improving his patient’s daily activities, functional movement and athletic performance through patient education and by using multiple treatment methods. Some of the therapeutic techniques performed by Dr. Lee include neurofunctional acupuncture, diversified chiropractic techniques and exercise rehabilitation. Away from his practice, Dr. Lee enjoys lifting in the weight room, snowboarding and golfing. It is his passion for an active and healthy lifestyle that has driven him into pursuing a professional career in health care.

After 20+ years in manufacturing including the auto industry, Michael returned to Lambton College where he graduated from the Massage Therapy program in 2020. The pandemic delayed his certification as a Registered Massage Therapist until September 2021. Michael completed his Level 1 & 2 FST through the Stretch to Win Institute and has been practicing massage and stretch therapy since he entered the health industry in October 2021.

As an RMT Michael’s treatments combine massage therapy, myofascial release, mobilizations and fascial stretch therapy. Clients are fully dressed in athletic wear / comfortable clothing with sessions billed under Massage Therapy and covered by benefit providers. Michael uses his skills to help everyone including desk workers looking to combat the negative effects of sitting in front of a computer all day, those who feel that their mobility isn’t where they want it to be and athletes looking to level up their performance.
